Refund & Return Policy for TurtleKnots.in

At TurtleKnots, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Online Payments: Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Full COD and Partial COD (partial advance payment + COD balance).

2. Shipping Policy

  • Service Partner: We ship via Shiprocket, utilizing express couriers like Delhivery, XpressBees, and Amazon Surface.
  • Delivery Timelines:
  • Delhi & Gurgaon: 1 business day.
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2-3 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by destination (customs/duties may apply; see Section 5).
  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

3. No Return/Replacement Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for any products unless explicitly stated below.
  • Inspect Your Delivery: Customers must verify the product’s condition, quantity, and specifications at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a damaged/incorrect product at delivery is the only scenario where a refund may be initiated (see Section 4).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:

  1. Order Not Delivered: If the courier partner fails to deliver your order.
  2. Payment Errors: Duplicate payments or technical errors during transaction processing.
  3. Refused Delivery: If the product is visibly damaged/incorrect and you refuse delivery at the time of unboxing.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds for online payments (Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For COD refunds, customers must provide valid bank details for processing (5-7 business days).

5. International Orders

  • Customers outside India are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. TurtleKnots does not cover these charges.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the destination country’s customs clearance processes.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@turtleknots.in or +91-99810-96722.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
