1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options via our trusted gateways, Razorpay, PhonePe, and Cashfree:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • Full COD: Pay the entire order amount in cash upon delivery.
  • Partial COD: Pay a minimum advance (20% of order value) online, with the remaining balance paid in cash during delivery.

2. COD Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility:
  • COD is available only for orders shipped within India.
  • Minimum order value of ₹500 for COD options.
  • Partial COD requires an advance payment at checkout.
  • Restrictions:
  • COD is not available for international shipments.
  • High-value orders may require full prepayment (determined at checkout).

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with SSL encryption.
  • We do not store your card/bank details.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Successful payments trigger an email/SMS confirmation with order details.
  • Failed Payments: Orders will not be processed. Retry payment or contact support.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds require bank details submission and may take 10–15 business days.
  • Partial cancellations will adjust refunds proportionally.

6. Currency & International Payments

  • Domestic Orders: Charged in INR (Indian Rupees).
  • International Orders: Converted to your local currency (fees may apply by your bank/card issuer).

7. Shipping

  • Pan India: Delivery timelines vary by location (see Shipping Policy).
  • Worldwide: Prepaid orders only; customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility.
