At TurtleKnots, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- Online Payments: Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Full COD and Partial COD (partial advance payment + COD balance).
2. Shipping Policy
- Service Partner: We ship via Shiprocket, utilizing express couriers like Delhivery, XpressBees, and Amazon Surface.
- Delivery Timelines:
- Delhi & Gurgaon: 1 business day.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 2-3 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by destination (customs/duties may apply; see Section 5).
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
3. No Return/Replacement Policy
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for any products unless explicitly stated below.
- Inspect Your Delivery: Customers must verify the product’s condition, quantity, and specifications at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept a damaged/incorrect product at delivery is the only scenario where a refund may be initiated (see Section 4).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
- Order Not Delivered: If the courier partner fails to deliver your order.
- Payment Errors: Duplicate payments or technical errors during transaction processing.
- Refused Delivery: If the product is visibly damaged/incorrect and you refuse delivery at the time of unboxing.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for online payments (Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For COD refunds, customers must provide valid bank details for processing (5-7 business days).
5. International Orders
- Customers outside India are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. TurtleKnots does not cover these charges.
- Delivery timelines depend on the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped. Contact us immediately at support@turtleknots.in or +91-99810-96722.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
